Some users on the IPS community have said that clearing your cookies and cache may fix this issue.

 

There is a post on the IPS community that indicates it's being looked into. It has been around for a while though, and I'm not sure when it will be fixed. For those who have access, the referenced post is here: https://invisionpower.com/forums/topic/429410-one-member-regularly-makes-double-posts/

 

I will close this topic since the issue is not able to be resolved by xat.

EDIT: Also maybe happens on Chome desktop.

If it's happening on Chrome, can you type a test post in this topic, right click, click Inspect, click the Network tab, and then click the Submit Reply button. Then, tell us how many requests it's making. It should look like this:
