Location/Account Locked

I move, between my house and my college dorm a few times a year. Even with that being said, i have not logged into xat in a few years- so i doubt my home would be an authorized location. I would like to get the location lock removed from my account.
When attempting to submit a ticket, it tells me I cant for unknown reasons.

You are receiving errors because you cannot send them on xat.com/ticket anymore.

 

You need to click ''Request'' and fill out the forms with your account's details.

 

 

You should receive a message on your email with the ticket number and the questions in less than 24 hours.
