I haven't used a computer or xat for that face in a couple of years I recently just started using it again and I'm trying to get back on my old account I have my password but it's asking for a authenticator code which I don't have how do I fix this I have tried to submit a ticket but everytime I do it keeps saying Unable to create a ticket. Please correct errors below and try again! And it doesn't tell me what I have wrong I've tried every catagory there is and still doesn't work

Good evening,

 

You don't have to worry. They disabled the option of creating a ticket under Lost Auth to avoid ticket spam. If you didn't save the QR code or the time-based code when you first activated the protection, you'll have to open a ticket request. To do that, do the steps below:

  • Go to the request form by clicking here;
  • On "Type of Request", select "Lost Authentication";
  • Type the xat username of the account;
  • The xat ID of the account;
  • The e-mail associated with it.

Done, your request has been created successfully!
Once the ticket is created, you'll receive a e-mail with a blue link to proceed with the recovering process.
