Hello,


To solve this problem you will need to request one ticket to be opened.

From here https://forum.xat.com/requests/open-a-ticket/?do=form&d=5 


Select 'Lost Authentication' as request type and fill out the required information with correct way, after you created this request, a volunteer is going to open a ticket for you.

After sending the request, all you have do is wait a response by xat on your mails.
