Account held

Question

I wanna buy xats but it says that my account is held. What should I do?

Hello,

 

Normally this happens when your account is indefinitely held. If you receive system problem 25/55 when trying to trade or transfer, it means your account is held indefinitely (in your case, inactivity). This hold, designed for security purposes, prevents every type of transaction on your account. 

 

You can create a support ticket in the Account Block department to ask for more information about the hold. You do NOT need to be a paid user or logged in to create this ticket. Enter the email associated to your held account and ensure your ticket subject is 5 words or more. Within the ticket message, please explain your situation. Once a ticket has been created, please wait patiently and check your email regularly for a response.

Have you been inactive? If yes, your account is most likely held due to inactivity, you'd need to open a ticket under "Account Block" to solve the issue.

I just opened new ticket but wrong section. How can I delete that ticket? I can't create more ticket.

Reply to the ticket and say that you opened it in the wrong section, and ask for it to be closed. Then open it in the right section.

Your ticket will likely be transferred to the correct department after being reviewed so there isn't anything you need to do. If you wish, you can reply stating that you opened it in the wrong section, but that shouldn't be necessary.
