Advanced Members Sean 102 Posted May 2, 2016 Advanced Members Share Posted May 2, 2016 When editing your profile you can add description about yourself. (Labeled "About Me") I noticed that despite of what is added, it's never displayed on your profile. Is there a reason why? Or do you need 25 posts to see/edit that information too? Wiki Translators Arthur 997 Posted May 2, 2016 Wiki Translators Share Posted May 2, 2016 I just tested it and it seems to not be working properly. I can see it in my profile but only when I'm logged in on this account.
Advanced Members Sean 102 Posted May 2, 2016 Author Advanced Members Share Posted May 2, 2016 That's really strange. I can't even see it on my profile.
Wiki Editors Lemona 1,374 Posted May 2, 2016 Wiki Editors Share Posted May 2, 2016 Really don't know why it's there. When someone else goes to my profile they don't see it. You bring up a very mysterious point.

Advanced Members Harrison 440 Posted May 2, 2016 Advanced Members Share Posted May 2, 2016 I don't see it either, must be an issue with the Adv. Members (and possibly other group) permissions

Advanced Members Guinho 176 Posted May 3, 2016 Advanced Members Share Posted May 3, 2016 The "Show on publicly member's profile?" option is probably disabled in the profile permissions. When disabled only the member and staff are able to see it.
Advanced Members Sean 102 Posted May 3, 2016 Author Advanced Members Share Posted May 3, 2016 Can you guys see it now? (I'd prefer if an advanced member can tell me so I know it's just not a higher ranked permission issue)

This is not an option that can be located by members, this is a global option that should be enabled by AdminCP.
