The departments that have delays, require an understanding of how to deal with them. It's not like unlocking an account. New volunteers aren't assigned to these departments for obvious reasons.... Training can't be possible? Yeah it might take some time to train new vols in certain departments but it's better than waiting till you're deemed worthy to be assigned to a department. In actual companies, when a department needs heads they train employees and send them in. Not true! Brandon and Verite were assigned without having a clue. They had to learn. Life or Nick prob have more experience then they did when starting out. Life, Nick and Jayden all have more experience than when they started out, but they're not going to instantly be moved to the departments which are delayed. You're right, other departments were behind. But they're not anymore. The new volunteers aren't being assigned to the departments with delays for obvious reasons. Link to post Share on other sites
