I just wanted to say how happy I am for Jayden and Nick to returning as volunteers for the xat chat box services.

They are a great asset to xat, and I'm satisified that xat admins chose people they trust for this extroadinary position.

yes adding new volunteers will reduce delays in departments they don't have access to.

:)

Why else would they make him vol? Some departments lack vols. So logically they would assign him to a department that needs more heads.

You clearly fail to understand how it works. The departments that have delays, require an understanding of how to deal with them. It's not like unlocking an account. New volunteers aren't assigned to these departments for obvious reasons....

Training can't be possible? Yeah it might take some time to train new vols in certain departments but it's better than waiting till you're deemed worthy to be assigned to a department.  In actual companies, when a department needs heads they train employees and send them in. Clearly something isn't working and something needs to be changed.

I'll stop here because this has nothing to do with ops thread.

Are you really comparing xat with an actual company?

You're acting as if you understand how xat works, and you fail to understand it's totally different to a professional company.

Congrats Life, although you should stick to herding sheep.

Not true!  Brandon and Verite were assigned without having a clue.  They had to learn.

Life or Nick prob have more experience then they did when starting out.

Not trying to offend Verite and Brandon on their efforts.  Just stating facts.

And for the record..other departments were behind too.

I have no idea about the Brandon and Verite situation.

Life, Nick and Jayden all have more experience than when they started out, but they're not going to instantly be moved to the departments which are delayed.

You're right, other departments were behind. But they're not anymore. The new volunteers aren't being assigned to the departments with delays for obvious reasons.
