Since you are unable to login to your account, you cannot create a ticket in the usual way. Instead, do the following: https://forum.xat.com/requests/open-a-ticket/?do=form Go here to create your ticket under "Lost Auth" For the type of request, set the drop-down box to "Lost Authentication" In the next box, you will need to enter your xat username. This is the registered name of your xat account that the form is asking for. Fill out your ID in the next box. Every xat account has an ID, which is the unique number associated with your account. If you are unable to obtain this piece of information, go to a chat with a FEXBot and use command !id [regname] EG: !id HelperNate And in the final box, enter the email account associated with your xat account.
