Hİ, I've lost access to the email of my xat account. I can't even login and I can't recover it.Can you please help me ?

Hello,

 

A ticket should be open under help topic 'Lost Access' You need a alternative account to create this ticket.
If you didn't have create it yet, after successfully logged in on your alternative account, do the following steps :

 

• Open a new ticket.
• Write  regname and password.
• Write the e-mail associated with the alternative account.
• Select the help topic 'Lost Access'
• Write the subject and remember it has to be at least 5 words.
• Write the message describing your issue.
• And click on open ticket.

As i mentioned above, you need create new account and be logging in. Then you can be able to open a ticket.
