Email was deleted

Question

The email for with my xat account was deleted so i cant log in anymore. is there a way i can switch it to a new email?

Good afternoon,

 

Yes, there is. You'll need a ticket under the "Lost Access" department. For that, you'll need a alternative account to create the ticket.

If you didn't have create it yet, after successfully logged in on your alternative account, do the steps below:

  • Open a new ticket here;
  • Type your username and password;
  • Type the e-mail associated with the alternative account;
  • Select the help topic "Lost Access";
  • Type the subject, remember it has to be at least 5 words;
  • Type the message describing your issue;
  • And click on open ticket.

You can check the response times of the departments here.

Its saying i need to be a paid user to open the ticket

You must log in in the alternative account before trying to open the ticket. Remember the help topic must be "Lost Access" and the subject must be 5 words or more.
