Hello @andreeadani,


a ticket has to be created to resolve this.


As you won't be able to create a ticket without being logged, you will need to request one to be opened.

You can do so here: https://forum.xat.com/requests/open-a-ticket/?do=form&d=5


Please make sure to select Lost Authentication as request type and fill out the required information correctly.


Once you created this request, a volunteer is going to open a ticket for you.
