Help account locked

Hi, I'm trying to get back into my account and it will not let me submit a ticket. I've spent a lot of money on xat throughout the years so why I can't even submit a ticket is beyond me. Anyway the shortname associated with the account is "rain". I no longer have access to the email associated with my account as AOL has (rudely) deactivated and deleted my account. Can anyone help me or am I just wasting my time?

No, you're not wasting your time. To start the process of recovering your account, you'll need a ticket under the "Lost Access" department. For that, you'll need a alternative account to create the ticket.

If you didn't have create it yet, after successfully logged in on your alternative account, do the steps below:

  • Open a new ticket here;
  • Type your username and password;
  • Type the e-mail associated with the alternative account;
  • Select the help topic "Lost Access";
  • Type the subject, remember it has to be at least 5 words;
  • Type the message describing your issue;
  • And click on open ticket.
