A ticket has been opened for you regarding the issue you are having.

 

Please check your inbox for a email from info@xat.com and click the link inside to reply to the ticket created for you.

Hello @Powerel.

You must send a private message to one of the volunteers with the following information:

  • Username and ID
  • The reason for opening a ticket (Lost Auth)
  • E-mail associated with the account
  • Mention if you still have access to this e-mail

Then a ticket will be opened for you. You must send your message in english.

 

Go to http://forum.xat.com/staff, choose one of the volunteers and click on the "Message" button to send a private message.

Good afternoon,

 

You'll need a ticket under "Lost Auth". Creating a ticket while logged out is disabled, you'll have to send a private message to a volunteer on the forums including the following information:

  • Username and ID;
  • Reason for needing a ticket; (In this case "Lost Auth")
  • E-mail associated with the account that you have the problem;
  • Also mention if you still have access to this email.

Or you can contact them directly via chat, they usually can be found on Help or xat_test.
You can check the response times of the departments here.
