Question

Unable to login to my account from a new laptop. I broke my phone with the auth code about 9 months ago in December. It still lets me login through mobile without it, but I'd like to be able to use it on my new laptop as I now have a new phone.

Please send me a private message with the following information:

  • Username and ID
  • E-mail associated with the account that you have the problem
  • Also mention if you still have access to this e-mail.

I can then open a ticket for you.
