This has been added with the (freeze) power.

This is really a good idea. There are good smiley animations that could be combined without moving it.

But it will be a bit complicated to do at the moment of selecting where exactly each smiley stops, but it will work well.

Thanks for suggesting this!

Some extra details:

  • This would have a valid range of 1 to 9, being 1 the main frame and 9 the last frame.

The frame range should equal to however many frames a specific smiley has, any number beyond that should simply display the last available frame. Other than that, I hope this gets done.

I actually really like this idea, but I can't think of a way to streamline going back and making this work with every smiley ever created. As far as I know, once the smiley is finished, all layers are merged and become one. (This is not always the case, like the hands on (flip), or the camera on the (photo) smiley).

But as far as I know, all the frames on the (random) smiley are merged, so it'd be difficult to go back and make it so you could isolate one of them. Possible, but tedious, and I'd imagine the work being put into it would not be enough to warrant the power being made.

But here's to hoping!

I tried to find how many average frames the smileys had and i didn't get an approximate number answer, so I've put that range as a base.

Beyond that, it's an ingenious idea ... Wow I had not thought about it, good suggestion. @Samuel

I don’t believe there will be any issue with this, not sure how the layers of the smiley are related to this power but it’s entirely possible to go to a specific frame in the animation stop playing in AS3 with no changes to existing smilies.
