Good night,

 

You must private message a volunteer via forum requesting the ticket opening, you can see them here. Then, click on "message" under the name of one of them. Remember to include:

  • Username and ID;
  • Reason for needing a ticket; (In this case "Locked Out")
  • E-mail associated with the account that you have the problem;
  • Also mention if you still have access to this e-mail.

Or you can contact them directly via chat, they usually can be found on Help or xat_test.
You can check the response times of the departments here.

Message one of the Volunteers and provide them the following information:

  • Username and ID number of the account
  • Email address associated with the account
  • Reason for opening a ticket
  • Whether or not you have access to the email address associated with the account

They will open up a ticket for you as soon as they get to your message. Please be patient and they'll attend your request in a timely manner!

 

As soon as you have a ticket opened, you'll be emailed. Click the link in the email and answer the questions that you'll receive. Whenever you receive a response, click the link in the email that you'll receive. Do not reply to the email. You can keep track of the various statuses of ticket departments here.

If you are having trouble opening a ticket, make sure you have more than 5 words in subject. If the problem persists send a private message to a volunteer here in the forum and ask them to open the ticket for you under Help Topic “Locked Out”. Remember to include the following information:

  • Your registered name and ID
  • Email associated to the account.
  • Mention if you still have access to the account's email.
  • Reason for needing a ticket.
