Good afternoon,

If you already tried resync the app, remove the app and reinstall, you must open a ticket under "Lost Auth" as you stated. Considering that creating a ticket while logged out is disabled, you'll have to send a private message to a volunteer on the forums including the following information:

  • Username and ID;
  • Reason for needing a ticket; (In this case "Lost Auth")
  • E-mail associated with the account that you have the problem;
  • Also mention if you still have access to this email.

Or you can contact them directly via chat, they usually can be found on Help or xat_test.
You can check the response times of the departments here.

Good luck!

Dear Stif, maybe you noticed that I  said in my post that I REINSTALLED the application and it is still not working.

And because I can not login, I can not open a ticket also. SO, this is why I am here and this is why I used that title: someone please open a ticket for me!

Got it?

So, can someone please help me open a ticket under lost auth ? :)
