missing xaty

Hello
on 2018.08.01 I bought xat from the store
I do not have xat on my account until today
there is no e-mail message

If you purchased xats 5 days ago but they’re not in your account, you can take the following steps:

 

1) Close all tabs and re-login to your account

2) Ensure you were charged for the transaction (did you lose money?)

 

If you follow both steps 1&2, and you still don’t have your xats, feel free to open a ticket under the department of “Payment Problems”. From there, a volunteer can assist you in retrieving either your money or your xats. 

 

Make sure you’re logged into your account, that your subject is 5 or more words, and that your ticket is in the English language.
