Question

I was having a phone with my authentication account

and I can not open a ticket because I have an open ticket that I can do that I can not log in

Then you'll have to send a private message to a volunteer on the forums requesting the closing of your open ticket and the opening of a ticket under the "Lost Auth" department. While private messaging one of them, remember to include the following information:

  • Username and ID;
  • Request the closure of the currently open ticket;
  • Reason for needing a new ticket; (In this case "Lost Auth")
  • E-mail associated with the account that you have the problem;
  • Also mention if you still have access to this email.

Or you can contact them directly via chat, they usually can be found on Help or xat_test.
