Since the OP now has a ticket opened, this topic is now closed. Please check your email's inbox for an email from info@xat.com. This will contain a URL that you may use to reply to your newly created ticket.

Hello @serbaneluu,


You will need a volunteer to open a ticket for you, please private message a volunteer and politely ask to help you open a ticket for you.

Please include the following information on your message:

  • Your registered name and ID.
  • The e-mail associated to your xat account. Please remember to mention if you still have the access to the email or not.
  • And the reason for needing a ticket. (You lost your auth code and that you need a Lost Auth ticket)

In the future, please avoid posting any of your personal information (such as email address) for your privacy and security reasons.

You would need to open a ticket to get your problem resolved.


You would need to :

  •  Go to xat.com/ticket
  • Create a new ticket with the help topic "Lost Auth" (Make sure subject is at least 5 words)

  • Request for a token code reset then wait for a reply


After the ticket has been created, you can check the ticket-status here:  https://util.xat.com/support/view.php

Good afternoon, to solve the authentication problem you need:
** Open a ticket at https://util.xat.com/support/index.php, shortly after clicking Open new ticket.


** Soon after it will appear:


- xat username (your username on xat)
- Password (your password on xat)
- Email Address (your email address of the account that wants to retrieve the authenticator)
- Help topic (You must select the topic Lost Auth)
- Subject (You should put a short sentence containing at least 5 words)
- Message (It will be your text containing all the information of the problem that is preventing you from accessing your account)


After you submit, wait for the response and keep checking your email.
