Did you get an email confirmation of the purchase? If yes, please try to re-login on your account and you should be able to receive your xats already. If the money is taken from and you didn't get an email confirmation of the purchase yet, there could be delays so I would suggest to wait within 24 hours for the xats to arrive. If within 24 hours and you didn't get your xats yet, I would suggest to open a ticket under the help topic ''Payment Problems''. Make sure that your subject in ticket is at least five words or more. Note that you must be a paid user and be logged in to open a ticket on this help topic. If by any chance you encounter a problem in opening a ticket, you may contact a volunteer here on forum and request politely to help you open a ticket for you. Message a volunteer with the following information: Your registered name and ID Your email attached to the account And the reason for needing a ticket One of the volunteers you can message here: https://forum.xat.com/staff/ Good luck!
