As it was mentioned, a volunteer needs to be contacted, so they can create a ticket for you.

About your issue, you have to send a private message to a volunteer on the forums, not here on general support, including the information originally posted. Or you can contact them directly via chat, they usually can be found on Help or xat_test. You can check the response times of the departments here.

Open a ticket and second dont share your information personal , delete fast from your post your email .
