Lost access Email and Password :
Maybe my account was blocked because of being offline for years, How can i recover my account?

Hello @Dannn,

you will need to create a ticket to get this resolved.

For that,

Create a new xat account
Once successfully created, go to xat.com/ticket
Create a new ticket with the help topic "Lost Access" (please note, subject needs to have at least 5 words)
In the Message, let them know which account this is about

After the ticket has been created, you can check the ticket-status here: https://util.xat.com/support/view.php

Dannn, you must create a ticket under "Lost Access"

After that, you can wait 1-3 days (usually) as that's the estimated wait time on the wiki page:

Note: **DO NOT INCLUDE personal information e.g. passwords, telephone or address**
