As LeFleur said, you may have entered the wrong password to the account. If you reset it, it may take up to 30 minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox.

 

This is the exact error message:

E25 - Incorrect Username/Email or Password ~~ Either the username, email or password is incorrect. Use this page to recover the username and/or password.

Are you able to reset your password? Are you able to login on your account now?

 

As LaFleur and Rexor have said, this error means that you either entered the incorrect Username/ Email  / or Password. To recover your account, you will need to reset your password here.

 

I would advise to you having a strong password and make sure your password only contains alphanumeric characters, with uppercase and lowercase letters and as well as numbers (a-z A-Z 0-9).
