Hello,

we would love to assist you in this matter, but without more information it is difficult, if not impossible, for us to provide you with instructions for how to resolve this issue.

The topic has been closed to new replies and if you want it unlocked, you may send a private message to one of the forum staff with their messenger enabled or report the post to notify a moderator that you wish to update your thread.

To sum up the potential solutions, you may try:

  • As Leandro suggested, try to click at ''Sign out'' and ''Sign in' twice
  • Turn your internet modem off for a couple of minutes and restart your computer
  • Try another browser
  • Clear your browser's cookies / cache (Restart your browser)
  • If you are using a proxy or VPN, disable it

If you think this is a bug with the HTML5 chat, you may also create a bug report: https://forum.xat.com/bug-tracker/html5-chat/

When that happens, usually to solve it you just need to click ''Sign out'' and ''Sign in'' twice and it'll work.

Is your connection stable? Could you please clear your browser's cache, restart your internet modem/router and then your computer?
