Hi, there

I have a problem on a xat in Poland (if it's important).

I can't done a captcha.

When I click "verify" and when an done i see "OK. Close this window and sign in again".
When I back to xat and I see "Are you human?" again.
What I can do with this?

To sum up the potential solutions, you may try:

  • Turn your internet modem off for a couple of minutes and restart your computer
  • If you are using a proxy or VPN, disable it
  • Clear your browser's cookies / cache; (Restart your browser)
  • If you use Windows, use the Windows + R command and type CMD, then type "ipconfig / flushdns" and hit enter; (Restart the computer)
  • If you are using Wi-Fi, disable it and try connecting using a wired connection directly with your modem, see if the problem persists. Then try again via Wi-Fi, if the problem happens again, perform a factory reset on your modem.
  • If you use Puffin Mobile browser, this is not recommended. Use another browser or use the xat mobile app instead.

Hello @alteruwa,

 

This is maybe occurring if you are having a connection issues. I would suggest to restart your router for few minutes. If by doing so it's still occurring, then you may have to try to continuously solve the captcha completely and click on the ''Sign in'' button until it let's you sign in to the chat. Alternatively, you could also try using other different browsers other than the browser you are having a captcha.

I think it depends on which protect is in use at the time. If it’s regular protect, (/p) it  may or may not require you to solve it more than once. That’s if you sign out and in after you complete the captcha. If this is the case, don’t click sign out when you complete the captcha. Instead, try sending a message in the chat. (If you happen to be using Puffin, I don’t recommend using it for xat, as it gives you a captcha loop.) Could also be as Bella said, bad connection or possible VPN. Make sure you’re not using any sort of VPN while solving a captcha.
