What Encrypt has mentioned is true. If you're truly unable to buy xats, using any of the listed Resellers on xat.wiki/Resellers is a great way to obtain xats. All of them have been checked via xat for trustworthiness and have been recognized on our wiki.

Have you contacted your bank to see if there’s anything going on? 

 

Have you tried multiple cards, or just one? 

 

Have you tried a different payment method? If your card continually declines,

you may need to purchase xats using a different method.

i have tried all methods but resellers because i got scammed once and i will never do it again

You say you’ve tried all methods; why did paypal fail? Is skrill an option? Are you able to buy xats with pre-paid cards, such as Subway cards?

i contacted my bank and they said they allowed the transactions but i never got any xats and days and never got charged.  And no i cant use pre paid cards and i do not trust paypal because of the hack that happened.

Since they allowed the transaction then there is no decline anymore I believe, now all you have to do is wait for a confirmation email of your purchase, if you received an email re login to your account to receive the xats otherwise if you don't receive your xats or confirmation email, then you will have to create a ticket under "payment problems" department.

Not all resellers are scammers, you should keep that in mind.

 

Using a complex password on PayPal and activating 2 step authentication will help prevent your account from getting hacked in the future. You can trust official resellers as they are often reliable and provide very fast transactions than xat does.

Were you able to buy xats using prepaid cards? Did you find a reseller that you trust? Were there other payment options that you could use in your region?
