Good afternoon,

 

If you already have a ticket open for the issue, the only thing you can do is remain patient. The "Account Block" department is extremely delayed, just a few volunteers answer it and they work/study. Remember that creating a topic won't speed up the process of getting a answer so, remain patient. You can check the response times of the departments here.

If your ticket says “Closed” as the status indicator, that means that your ticket has either been resolved, or that the volunteers are waiting for a reply from you. 

 

If you haven’t read your ticket in a while, please go check on it and ensure that you don’t need to provide more information. 

 

To do so, go to xat.com/ticket, login, and click on “Check Ticket Status”. After that, click on your respective ticket. If you’re unable to login, check your e-mail inbox for a URL to reply. 

 

If your ticket has been concluded but you’re unhappy with the outcome, you may appeal the outcome in your ticket, but please note that xat may not change their minds.
