If you believe you have symbols within your password, you do not. Symbols are automatically stripped from (ignored) the register, login and change password pages, meaning that the symbols are actually not there.

 

- Why can you login?

As I said above, the login page has a functionality that automatically stripes non-alphanumeric characters from passwords.

 

- Why can't you Trade, Transfer or edit your profile?

These areas of xat do not have the functionality above, which results an incorrect password error message.

 

- "Fix"

Omit/skip the symbols when typing your password. I.e. if your password is a#strong$password you'll type astrongpassword instead.

Try changing your password making sure to include only letters and numbers. I heard passwords on this site do not accept special symbols such as # $ or %.
