Stif is correct. It's regrettable to hear that you've been waiting so long.. it really is. However, opening a forum topic unfortunately won't help the process go by any faster. Sorry for any inconvenience.

The report scam is one of the most delayed departments on the ticket support. Unfortunately the only thing you can do is remain patient.
