I have deleted the authenticator app and lost all my auth info.

Question

Hello,

 

I haven't been on xat in quite some time. I didn't think that I would need the authenticator app anymore, so I deleted it. I do not have any saved information for this app. I currently cannot log into my account because it's requesting an authenticator code I cannot setup. I have opened a support ticket. I cannot check the status of that ticket because I cannot login.

 

Is there any possibility that this feature can be reset on this account??

Hello.

Please wait patiently for a ticket response. You should receive an email when you get a reply. Be sure to check the email associated to the account you opened the ticket on. When you receive the email, there will be a link you can click to access/reply to your ticket. If you lost access to this email, simply reply to this thread and I can help you further.
