please contact one of the volunteers (https://forum.xat.com/staff/) via Private Message, so they can create a ticket for you.


Your message should contain:

- A message that you Lost the Authenticator code.

- The e-mail associated to your account. (If you do not have access to your e-mail, let the volunteer know about it.)

- Your username and ID.
