Loss of authentificator code, phone sent for repairs.

Question

My account name is SaveUsDotY2J and I have paid for xats before, am not subscribed right now but have spent a good amount of money. I believe it makes me a paid user but it won't allow me to make a ticket so I can regain access to my account. My phone broke and I lost my authentificator code with that happenening. I'd appreciate someone making a ticket for me or whatever needs to be done so I can log back on this account.

If you didn't save the qr code or the time-based code, you'll have to send a private message to a volunteer on the forums including the following information:

  • Username and ID;
  • Reason for needing a ticket; (In this case "Lost Auth")
  • E-mail associated with the account that you have the problem;
  • Also mention if you still have access to this email.

Or you can contact them directly via chat, they usually can be found on Help or xat_test.

A ticket can be done for you of course, but are you making sure that the account you attempt to create the ticket with is the account you used to purchase xats?

Also have you deleted your paid account and re-registered it before?

 

include your registered name or the identification number to let someone create the ticket!
