Blocked Account

Question

Hi, I came back to Poland from Norway and my account was blocked. How to solve this problem?

 

**Security check: This account is locked. You can only login at home. Please read:xat account locking. E29**

Hello, to solve this problem you should open a ticket in Locked out

 

It should be emphasized that you do not need to be a payment user to open a ticket there

 

You can also contact a volunteer to open a ticket for you, you must provide in the message:

 

  • Username and ID
  • Reason for needing a ticket
  • E-mail associated with the account that you have the problem
