Lost Authenticator

Hello Day I also need a volunteer to help me open a ticket because I lost the authenticator I have access to all my email payments I can give screensaver from the paysafecard payment email I can show the power I have on my login I just used the phone number I do not have

If you are unable to open a ticket, please private message a volunteer here on forum. Include your registered name and ID, the email associated to your xat account and politely ask for help that you need a ticket in Lost Auth help topic.

Please note that only give your personal information to a volunteer and also please avoid posting your personal information in public for security and privacy purposes.

Please, contact a volunteer here. To avoid problems remove your personal information. The volunteer will open the ticket for you and this can be resolved

Good morning,

 

You can private message a volunteer on the forums including the following information:

  • Username and ID;
  • Reason for needing a ticket; (In this case "Lost Auth")
  • E-mail associated with the account that you have the problem.

Or you can contact them directly via chat. When they are online, they usually can be found on Help or xat_test.
You can check the response times of the departments here.
