Cant make ticket

  • Members

have a lost auth tried to make a ticket but all I get is "Unable to create a ticket. Please correct errors below and try again!" but everything is filled in, correctly 

email is correct  and out it under lost auth infuriating does not even begin to describe this all because of a single power

Try clearing your cookies and cache out before you open a ticket, then you should be able to open a ticket. 

 

Try using another browser as well.

 

Keep in mind your ticket subject needs to be 5 or more words long.

Is your subject length five words or more? Are you logged into the account that you lost authentication codes for?

 

If you would like me to staff-create a ticket for you, please send me a private message with the following information:

  • Username of the account in question.
  • A clear statement that indicates whether or not you have access to the email address associated with said account.
  • Description of the issue (in this case, it would be that you lost your authentication codes).

Good morning,

 

Creating a ticket while logged out is disabled, you'll have to send a private message to a volunteer on the forums including the following information:

  • Username and ID;
  • Reason for needing a ticket; (In this case "Lost Auth")
  • E-mail associated with the account that you have the problem.

Or you can contact them directly via chat, they usually can be found on Help or xat_test.

Hello,

 

Upon further review, it appears you already have a ticket open about this problem which is why you were met with errors when attempting to create one. All you need to do at this stage is respond to the security questions that were asked of you (a new ticket is not needed).

 

To navigate to your ticket, you should utilize the link that you received by email (do not reply to the email).
