I have a 4 month old ticket I've been trying to get closed...

Question

My chat was delisted unfairly, and was resolved before the ticket even made it to the admin department, and I need to make a new ticket...still. No vols have tried to help, and I don't know who else to ask. The ticket is still in the emailed department, and there seems to be no chance of it being closed. Can someone please help?

Hello, if you want your ticket to be closed you can contact a volunteer, send a private message with your ID number, registered username, ticket number, and email.

 

Here you can look at a list of all the volunteers

They either don't reply, or have no way of being contacted. I've been trying for at least 3 months.
