Hello,

 

Consider that the report scam department is a very delayed department and just a few vols answer it, also, they work/study. Note that opening a forum thread is a great way to get info about it, but it will not speed up the process of being answered so, please, remain patient.

Hello, you must be patient for an answer. if u give more than one answer could delay response of volunteers

Hey sir. 

If you already have an open ticket, you should wait for the answer in your e-Lovel, some departments are time consuming even due to the great demand for tickets.

Remember that you are not the only person waiting for an answer. I assure you that you will have an answer, but unfortunately I can not give you an exact time. You can see the departments with delay here

 

I advise you to wait for the answer and do not keep sending messages on the ticket, As i said at the beginning, that could delay the response of the volunteers.
