If you no longer have access to the respective application, open a ticket with the "Lost Auth" Help Topic using the email associated with the account that has authentication active. If you see the "username" and "password" boxes instead of the "email" box, then clear your cookies and re-visit the open a ticket page. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The help topic should be Lost auth and the subject field must be filled with five words or more.
