You should be in good shape to receive assistance in this matter. You don't need a new ticket about this problem, as you already have one. All that you need to do at this stage is reply to the security questions that we asked of you. To navigate to your ticket, you should utilize the link that you received by email. This means a volunteer will have to open a ticket for you. If you are sending the ticket with a registered account and you keep receiving that message ''Unable to create a ticket.
