After a quick query using the username you supplied in private message, it appears your ticket creation was indeed successful. You should be in good shape to receive assistance in this matter. You don't need a new ticket about this problem, as you already have one. All that you need to do at this stage is reply to the security questions that we asked of you.

 

To navigate to your ticket, you should utilize the link that you received by email.

Creating lost auth tickets is disabled if you’re logged out. This means a volunteer will have to open a ticket for you. Message a volunteer here: forum.xat.com/staff

 

In the message, include the following info:

 

1) Username/ID

2) E-mail address associated with your ID

3) Whether or not you can access said ID

4) Description of issue (lost auth)

Hello there.

 

If you are sending the ticket with a registered account and you keep receiving that message ''Unable to create a ticket. Please correct errors below and try again!'' make sure that in the ticket subject you're writing more than 5 words.
