I sent an e-mail for the ticket on 11th February, but the return has not yet been made.

Hello,

The reason this hasn't been resolved yet is because you have not actually responded to the ticket that was staff-created for you.

To navigate to where you need to reply to the security questions that were asked of you, you'll want to do the following:

  • Click the link in the email notice you received about your support request. Do NOT reply to the email.
  • Click the "View Status" button.
  • Select the relevant ticket and click into it.
    • From there, you should see an area to include your message and post a reply.

what is the longest and shortest answer time?

The average wait time between replies in this department is one to three days.

and is there a positive negative return?

If we're able to verify you as the original account owner, authentication will be able to be removed for your account.

Ok, first off, if you got a reply to your ticket, DO NOT REPLY TO IT BY EMAIL! You are supposed to reply to it in xat.com/ticket > check ticket status > open ticket > then reply as prompted. Secondly, tickets in this department are not delayed according to https://util.xat.com/wiki/index.php?title=Ticket_times . You were probably asked security questions to verify ownership of your account. Answer those questions to the best of your ability. When you have verified ownership of your account, your ticket should be resolved, and your account authentication should be disabled.
