Can't log into locked account

Question

Hi I'm trying to log into a very old account of mine that's not been in use for a couple years, I believe I've put account lock on it and over the years my internet provider has changed, laptop, e.t.c. I've tried to make a ticket and I'm following every rule (minimum 5 words, email is entered) but it still gives me an error? I've also asked in help but they told me to make a ticket, yet it still doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Have you tried contacting a xat volunteer by messaging one on the forum or asking them on a xat chat? If not, I'd advise doing so, and provide the following information:

  • Your xat regname + ID
  • Your email
  • Whether or not you have access to the email

After having provided a volunteer this information, they should be able to help you open a ticket.

Currently at this moment in time none of the volunteers are active but I have messaged one but still awaiting a reply, I guess it's just a waiting game now haha, thanks for the help! (it's really appreciated)

Which error number are you receiving specifically? This will help us to categorise your ticket.
