The "Account Block" help topic is highly loaded with tickets, which makes its responses more delayed. This may be frustrating to hear, but you must continue to wait patiently for a reply. I can assure you that your ticket has not been ignored, it's still waiting to be answered. Some help topics may take longer to get solved. You can view the various ticket statuses by clicking here. The volunteers are currently working on removing these delays across a number of reasons, these who volunteer their time to answer tickets also have other personal obligations, and delay has been decreased from 5-6 months to 1-3 months. When your ticket receives a reply, you will be emailed whenever your ticket is replied to. Making a new thread is a great way to get more information, but it will not speed up the process of being answered. If you have any other questions, please open a new topic. The system is being improved gradually to solve those delays, but, regarding your problem, the only thing you can do is wait so, i ask you to remain patient.
