An urgent help!

Well, Sincerely I do not know how to begin or get the evidences to verify the truth to believe me, but here i go.

 

The issue is about a main owner no ''heartwarming'' in a xat, but it is not a simple xat, our xat was created by a community, a community where the opinions expressed in it are considered and taken into account, so we have a strict democratic channel. In short, the xat has its own page.

 

Well, now focusing on the main problem, at least I want you guys to solve me something about this, This main owner, her rank was transfered, I mean, the general/landlord main owner gave the rank to her, for obvius reasons, he trust her to commint that action, but unfortunately it was a really bad decision, now how the general main owner has not returned yet for a long time, the current main owner does according to her tastes, she threatens us to ban If we're not agree with her ideas, some bad ideas, she takes unilateral decisions completely ignoring the community, She go ahead her rank too bad, she give ranks to everyone without previus consultation of us, she plays with us like her Travellina dolls, and I wil not accept this still follow through. She has to be stoppped.

More than anything, derision, bossy and darstardly.

 

And this is not the whole thing, on the other hand, i dont know who checks the logs xats, the xat is called (EscalofrioMain / contactos), yeah ,its a spanish xat, this xat consists of two rooms, but please, check over the xat and then you will see too many trolls or users tease every day, especially the large quantity of photos of child pornography shared in it, and I say this because I've already seen cases there, which I've never going to tolerate these kinds of topics and you know how i feel. In conclusion, a bossy main owner doing everything according to her pleasure plus users infringing the rules of xat above all the rules of society, it would be good if you guys take harder measures to this and give protection to this xat, perhaps reseting it or among others good options.

 

 

I wanted to give you guys this knowledge for a long time, but I better leave this for another good moment and here is, so I've had to go through this hell for many years, but what should we do in this case? I'm really worried about the situation of the xat and that is why I come here, because I think, in this siege, you guys can help and solve this problem as fast as possible. And yes,  i'm  one of the few users who worries how this goes wrong. This is so serious and has to be measured as soon as possible.

Bueno, sinceramente no sé como iniciar o cómo tener las respectivas evidencias para verificar la veracidad  y que me crean, pero ok.

El problema surge por un main owner no grato en un xat, pero no es un simple xat, el xat fue creado por una comunidad, una comunidad donde las opiniones vertidas en la misma son tomadas en cuenta, ya que contamos con un estricto canal democrático., es decir el xat tiene su propia página.

 

Ahora bien, centrándome al asunto, y quiero que al menos me solventen en algo.... es que este main owner es de traspaso, es decir que el dueño principal le cedió el rango al otro, por obvias razones tuvo ''confianza'' en ella para cometer dicha acción, pero no fue así, ahora que el dueño principal no a venido por mucho tiempo,  el main owner actual hace acorde a su antojo, nos amenaza por darnos ban si no estamos acuerdo a sus ideas, toma decisiones unilaterales ignorando por completo a la comunidad, porque al final nos comemos todos las decisiones y/o propuestas que hace esta main owner hace porque cuestionar su proceder es cómo si fuera un pecado para ella y yo ya NO puede seguir pasando esto.

 

Y este no es todo el asunto, por otra parte... no sé quién revisará los logs del xat, el xat se llama (escalofriomain/contactos) son dos salas, pero por favor, revisen.... y se darán cuenta de los tantos trolles o usuarios no gratos entran cada día a molestar al xat, sobretodo la gran cantidad de fotos de pornografía infantil compartida en la misma, y digo esto porque ya he presenciado casos acá y no tolero temas como este. Con todo el mal enrollo, un main owner autoritario y déspota más usuarios que sólo pasan infringiendo normas del xat más que nada la sociedad, sería bueno que tomarán medidas drásticas ante el problema y dar un protección al xat, quizá un reseteo etc. 

 

 

He querido dar conocimiento de esto hará tiempo,  pero mejor lo dejé para otro momento y aquí está, hemos venido estando así en este infierno hace años, por eso quiere que me respondan que opciones se puede dar en este caso? Me preocupa la situación del xat y es por eso que vengo acá, porque que creo que en este asedio me pueden pegar un ayudadita. Y si soy uno de los pocos users que dan la cara. Esto es grave y tiene que ser medido cuán pronto sea posible.

Unfortunately, there isn't much you can actually do about this. According to xat's terms of service (which every user has agreed to upon registering): xat.com does not resolve disputes between users and does not guarantee that users will comply with our terms and conditions 

 

In short, this means that anything that this main owner does that you might find unfair, such as ranking those who "don't deserve it" or banning users "unfairly" cannot be dealt with by xat or any of its volunteers. If the original main owner gave this particular user access to his or her chat, they're free to do as they wish with it. They can ban, unban, promote, demote, kick and zap (among many other things) as many users as they'd like, as often as they'd like. 

 

If, however, the chat is promoted and you find that the chat is breaking promotion rules,  (of which you can find here: https://xat.com/web_gear/chat/promotion.php), you may contact a volunteer with any proof you have. This is included but not limited to, screenshots or videos of staff members breaking promotion rules while on promotion.

 

I highly encourage you to try to get into contact with the original main owner. If this cannot be done, I suggest that you create you own chat group (for free! see: https://xat.com/web_gear/chat/creategroup.php) and invite your friends to your chat. From there, you can run the chat as you please.

This, however, is a more serious matter. I highly encourage you to gather as much evidence as you can of users participating in this kind of behavior and report it directly to xat.com/ticket. You can take screenshots or videos of registered or unregistered users and send it all in one ticket. I would also consider talking to the main owner and asking if she would consider making the chat members only, to keep the trolls out. If she refuses, send all proof you have in your ticket, and create a chat for yourself. I would stay as far away from it as possible.

Oh, bueno... de hecho iba a realizar ahí la queja ya que en el idioma inglés es en donde se predomina más ayuda y sobretodo rápidamente el asunto cuando es grave, de todas maneras gracias por responder y ya andaré por ahí.
