Can someone help me with checking my ticket?

I can't click on the username section to type in my user to get into tickets to view them. Is this something that is intentional and or something that needs to be fixed? Are tickets just down? It's been like this for a while. Since my account is locked I can't check anything at all. Wanted to give away my xats to my friends who still get on but I can't lol. Thanks.

Hello there,

 

Usually you are meant to login through xat's login page (xat.com/login) and from there you are automatically logged into the ticket system (or your username carries across). However, you've mentioned you are locked out, so this isn't possible.

 

Assuming you entered the correct email associated with your account when creating the ticket, check the email associated with your account for an email from info@xat.com. When a volunteer replies to your ticket, an email will automatically be sent, from where a link to access the ticket to reply is given.
