Hi,

Currently, creating tickets while logged out has been disabled. This means you’ll be unable to open a ticket.

In that case, you should private chat a volunteer here in the forums with the problem you have.

Make sure to add, in the private message, your regname and Identification number as well as the problem you have.

Hello,

 

If what you are trying is that a volunteer will open a ticket for you, you should leave more information such as your regname or your id.

 

For example: My regname is S4MUEL and my ID (20171717)
