System problem 25 (permanent transfer block): This is usually a result of breaking xat's Term of Use, by either scamming or phishing users. Open a ticket to ask for more information about the hold. I am locked out! What do I do?

How can I get a shortname unlocked if it is no longer being used?
      To request for a shortname to be unlocked, open a ticket. Select the Short names help topic. The subject should be at least five words. You must be a paid user in order to open a ticket for this. If you encounter **Sorry, name already taken (2).** the name can then be enabled by a volunteer. Why can I not create a new forum topic?
      You need to confirm your forum account through your email in order to open a new topic. Why can't I use a forum signature?
      If you want to use a forum signature, you need to be an Advanced Member. Entrance to this user group is automatic and is based on post count. The more active you are on the forum, the more abilities you will be granted! My xatspace was removed. What do I do?
      Your xatspace was likely removed due to breaking the Terms of Service or the xatspace guidelines. Open a ticket under Account Block to have this investigated. Ensure the subject in your ticket is atleast 5 words. My chat was deleted. What can I do?

Pcback doesnt show the picture.

Question

My friend put link of pcback picture and the picture is not seen in private when other people looking in that private, but when opening private of people who dont have pcback she see that picture. Pcback is acivate, link is with imgur i re-upload 5 times and nothing, i try with .png and .jpg and again nothing. When put gif image with .png and pcback image with .png in the gif avatar shows xavi powers but that powers is deactivate. A little confused, have somebody idea what is problem ?

If you're having problems with avatar links or using toon avatars (uploaded from somewhere) make sure that you're using direct link image, and that links are separated by "#". 

 

The first avatar will be the avatar used when you speak in the chat, the second one will be used for the background when users private chat you, and the third one will optionally be used for the background when friends private chat you.

 

E.g: https://i.imgur.com/example1.png#https://i.imgur.com/example2.png

 

As for xavi power appearing on your avatar is just an earlier image from cache showing that you have this power, it's not a problem, just sign in again.

Hello,

 

I re-uploaded the image that you gave me in PC. Have your friend try this link instead: http://i68.tinypic.com/slnvrs.jpg. Also be sure she's using the correct format: avatarURL#pcbackURL

 

A few tips are to ensure that both the avatar link AND the pcback link end in .jpg or .png. If she's using a toon avatar, she may use the following link: http://www.xat.com/web_gear/chat/av/1.png. (Replace 1 with whatever avatar number she's using.) Save the image, and upload it to somewhere like imgur or cubeupload. Finally, as Nixs mentioned, make sure her PCback power is enabled! Have her login then say " /+pcback " in the chat.

She try everything and with tiypic and imgur and cubeupload, no mistake we put direct link gif#pcback and again nobody see private image. Pcback powers is activate, she have 2 pcback power. I understand all what you say, i try all. Thanks.
