Account Held

Question

I opened a ticket on 11/20 because i get this error when i try to visit the store:

Account held. You cannot buy.

i think 15 days is a long time to wait, i need help, who do i contact?

Unfortunately, some departments are delayed. Thus I'm going to have to ask you to keep waiting for a reply. You can check if you department is delayed here: https://util.xat.com/wiki/index.php?title=Ticket_times

 

The volunteers generally answer tickets in the order that they're submitted. I hope you can understand that multiple users have submitted a ticket for similar reasons. While opening a thread on the forum is a good way to obtain more information, it will not speed up the answering process.
