Question

Hi all,

 

I can not use my account (error 26), I've opened a ticket 9 days ago and nobody answered me so far....Is there any SLA for tickets or is there someone that I can contact directly?

I didn't used my account for a few months and when I've tried to log in again I can't receive days and xats... Anyone has the same problem?

Hi there!

 

If you already send a ticket, you need to be patient. A lot of tickets are sent everyday by a lot of users and that's why some of them have delays. You can see the departments that have certain delays here: https://util.xat.com/wiki/index.php?title=Ticket_times

If you think there's a mistake with your tickets or something related to it, you can talk to a Volunteer directly.
